Senior ERP Cutover & Hypercare Lead to support implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud

Our valued client is looking for a Senior ERP Cutover & Hypercare Lead to support implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud

This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site work required in either Montreal, Toronto, or Ottawa.

This is a full-time position (8-hour days)

Key Responsibilities:

Cutover Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all cutover activities for a smooth transition into Hypercare after Go-Live.
• Develop and manage the Cutover Strategy aligned with project timelines and readiness checkpoints.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams on data and configuration migration, user provisioning, and validation.
• Maintain the cutover runbook, lead rehearsals, and manage the Go-Live command center.
• Validate system and interface readiness with Infrastructure, Integration, and Data Migration teams.

Hypercare Management

• Lead Go-Live and Hypercare command center operations, including communication and issue escalation.
• Develop and execute the Hypercare Governance and Support Plan with defined triage and performance tracking.
• Manage governance cadence (standups, dashboards, SLA tracking) and transition to steady-state support.
• Capture lessons learned and stabilization reports for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Serve as the main contact for cutover and Hypercare activities.
• Provide updates to PMO, business sponsors, and OCM teams.
• Align with external system owners (Salesforce, Workday, custom apps) on dependencies.
• Communicate system availability, downtime, and support details to end users.

Governance & Quality

• Lead readiness checkpoints and go/no-go reviews.
• Identify and mitigate cutover and post-Go-Live risks.
• Track success metrics for cutover and Hypercare performance.
• Ensure compliance with audit, IT security, and data governance standards.

Must have:

• 10+ years of ERP program experience, including 3-5 full lifecycle cutovers for Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated success leading cutover and hypercare phases in multi-stream, multi-integration ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (particularly Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP (finance, project management, capital assets ), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Experience with complex integration landscapes (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, custom applications) and adept at building consensus in a landscape that involves multiple key stakeholders with varying objectives.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with data migration and change management frameworks
• Bilingual preferred: Excellent English with strong comprehension of French (Candidates without French proficiency will still be considered)
