Your job- Deliver Level 1 support for end-user issues across functional, technical, integration, valuation, and pricing domains.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
- Manage daily tasks to meet application support deliverables and service-level agreements.
- Assist in resolving user requests and contribute to team-based problem-solving initiatives.
- Monitor and stay informed on application developments, upgrades, and new releases.
- Participate in scheduled off-hours support for pre-end-of-day kick-off and weekend rotations as required.

Prerequisites- A bachelor’s degree in the field and 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in the field and 3 years of relevant experience
- In-depth expertise in Murex system features for one or more of the following products : interest rates, exchange rates, commodities, credit derivatives, bonds, equity derivatives
- Proficient at least one of the following languages : JAVA, XML, XSL, SQL, UNIX, Shell scripts
