Description
Our midstream client is looking for a Senior Contract Specialist to support a capital project team through planning, strategic sourcing, RFP execution, supplier negotiations, and contract award activities in support of capital and infrastructure projects.
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of contract management or strategic sourcing experience in an energy, utilities, or industrial environment
- Proven experience supporting capital projects (brownfield or greenfield) in a midstream, oil & gas, or infrastructure setting
- Demonstrated experience leading full‑lifecycle contracts from planning through close‑out
- Hands‑on experience managing RFP/RFQ processes and supplier negotiations
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen, including risk allocation and commercial terms
- Experience using GEP (or similar e‑sourcing / CLM platforms)
- Working knowledge of Maximo in support of asset‑ or project‑related contracting
