Our large, enterprise client is seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a multi-year Clinical Standardization Quality Improvement Program. This role supports large-scale clinical workflow transformation, digital system adoption, and organizational readiness across Saskatchewan.


This is an initial contract to March 31, 2027, with a possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be based in Saskatchewan to be onsite as required.


Must-Haves:

  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting major organizational change initiatives-preferably within healthcare.
  • Background working in large, complex organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing briefing notes, updates, documentation, and leadership materials.
  • Experience supporting system implementation, readiness assessment, and adoption planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), including clinical documentation and CPOE workflows.
  • Prior experience supporting Digital Health initiatives in acute care or provincial health systems.
  • Background working in large, complex organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with clinical education, adult learning, and end-user training practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new clinical workflows, processes, and digital systems.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, change impact analysis, and risk mitigation planning.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and coordinate with clinicians, operational leaders, Digital Health, and Communications.
  • Design and support delivery of training strategies, learning objectives, and training materials.
  • Assess, redesign, and document current and future clinical workflows and business processes.
  • Develop clear, concise communication materials (briefing notes, updates, infographics, readiness summaries).
  • Monitor adoption metrics and support post-implementation stabilization and benefits realization.
