Our Client is looking for a Senior Business Analysts to document management solutions, work in operational environments, and develop current state process flows

The Client services require the support from various land based and seagoing assets such as ships, helicopters, lighthouses and buoys, communications, informatics and civil infrastructure, to operate in a reliable, maintainable, safe and at optimal cost. These assets all rely upon engineering documentation and data for management, operator, engineering, technical, administrative staff use and decision-making. It is paramount that reliable, up to date and accessible technical information is always available during the lifecycle of the asset.

The Business Analyst will renew and refine requirements based on Canada-furnished engineering documentation, content management functional requirements, solicitation data, consultation results and associated notes. These include stakeholder consultations and regional questionnaires and surveys conducted in 2025.

Task, but not limited to:

1. Document “as-is” processes to understand current operations;
2. Elicit and document detailed TDMS requirements;
3. Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals;
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements;
5. Define “to-be” processes to outline desired future states;
6. Map and diagram process and system flows
7. Refine high-level business architecture documentation (backbone of the document);
8. Requirements management (label, ID, prioritize)

• Experience with a Data Management tool
• Reliability Security Clearance

• Experience with a TDMS Cots Product (OpenText/ Documentum, Vault)
