Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong process analysis experience to support multiple projects in areas such as: SDLC, IAM and CyberSecurity

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edm offices

Must Haves:

• 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst supporting multiople concurrent projects in areas such as: SDLC, IAM and Cyber Security
• Proven track record in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development. Experienced in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions across systems and products
• Experience refining business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience creating clear, concise specifications and visual models using tools like Microsoft Visio and SharePoint Lists.
• Experience within Identity and Access Management (IAM), and familiarity with cyber security principles

Responsibilities

• Project & Requirements Analysis: Manage multiple initiatives by defining scope, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Documentation & Modeling: Maintain process and technical documentation; create diagrams, specifications, and visual aids to support development.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance business analysis workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cybersecurity & IT Support: Align requirements with cybersecurity standards, support secure workflows, and contribute to IT governance and compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication across developers, clients, and leadership; translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams including data architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
• Lifecycle Management: Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle; communicate changes and ensure alignment.
