Our energy client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to lead a Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration

Join a high-impact migration program within the energy sector focused on transitioning a large Microsoft 365 environment across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clarity and coordination across a multi-stream program. You’ll contribute directly to testing activities, post-migration support design, and future initiative alignment within this high-profile transformation.

Contract, Calgary, AB, Hybrid 4 days per week in office

Must Haves

• 8+ years in Business Analysis for complex IT programs
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Hands-on experience supporting testing, UAT, and validation activities
• Experience designing or contributing to support models and operating frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations, M&A transitions, or large platform moves
• Background supporting training or knowledge-sharing sessions
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable coordination tools
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for business SME inquiries and coordinate technical responses
• Support requirements gathering, process mapping, and analysis activities for migration and future projects
• Coordinate and track testing activities, ensuring issue follow-up and validation summaries
• Help define and document the post-migration support model including RACI, escalation paths, and KBAs
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, walkthroughs, and Q&A sessions using existing training materials
