Our client is seeking a Procurement Systems Coordinator (5+ years) to support multi-site procurement operations using SAP, Oracle, and MCI Track

Join this team working in a global organization advancing sustainable supply chain efficiency across multiple sites. This role provides centralized support for procurement systems operations, supplier onboarding, and compliance execution through MCI Track. The position offers broad coordination exposure with procurement, IT, and site teams and contributes to data accuracy and process improvement across the network.

Contract, 100% remote Working Hours: MST

Must Haves

• 3-5 years in procurement, supply chain, or systems support within multi-site environments
• Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar systems
• Experience coordinating supplier onboarding, vendor enablement, or procurement processes
• Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting system issues, and managing service requests
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ariba or other supplier onboarding platforms
• Experience with MCI Track or contractor/vendor management systems
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or operational metrics
• Experience developing training materials or process documentation
• Exposure to audit documentation and governance support processes

Responsibilities

• Manage shared Track inbox and intake of requests across sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and process-related issues
• Coordinate supplier onboarding from request through activation
• Execute standardized Track processes and ensure compliance with procurement governance
• Act as liaison between Procurement, IT, suppliers, and site stakeholders
• Track and report onboarding metrics, issue resolution, and adoption rates
• Maintain documentation, update job aids, and support training for new users
