Description
Our large, enterprise client is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Telecommunications Analyst to support VoIP communication.
This is an initial 1-year contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Winnipeg and agreeable to a hybrid working model (3 days onsite minimum).
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years' VoIP experience, including with MS Teams or Zoom connectivity
- Experience with CIP/ Unified Communication
- Recent experience supporting telecommunications across enterprise environments
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Cisco UCX (Unified Computing System X-Series)
- Experience with Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH/SDC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support telecom project work (VoIP, Teams, Zoom environments)
- Assist with implementations and cutovers, including after-hours support
- Coordinate with internal business teams and multiple telecom providers
- Provide troubleshooting and customer-focused support for technical and non-technical users
- Contribute to process-driven telecom operations and documentation
- Light mobile device support
