Junior to Intermediate Telecommunications Analyst to support VoIP communication

Our large, enterprise client is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Telecommunications Analyst to support VoIP communication.

This is an initial 1-year contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Winnipeg and agreeable to a hybrid working model (3 days onsite minimum).

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years' VoIP experience, including with MS Teams or Zoom connectivity
• Experience with CIP/ Unified Communication
• Recent experience supporting telecommunications across enterprise environments

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Cisco UCX (Unified Computing System X-Series)
• Experience with Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH/SDC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support telecom project work (VoIP, Teams, Zoom environments)
• Assist with implementations and cutovers, including after-hours support
• Coordinate with internal business teams and multiple telecom providers
• Provide troubleshooting and customer-focused support for technical and non-technical users
• Contribute to process-driven telecom operations and documentation
• Light mobile device support
