Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a sharp, data-driven Junior Marketing Associate to support our digital campaigns. You'll help manage ad platforms, define target audiences, and generate performance reports to drive results.


Location: Toronto - 4 days/week onsite

Duration: 5 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and monitor paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Build and refine audience targeting
  • Pull and analyze campaign performance reports
  • Assist with basic optimizations and creative testing
  • Collaborate with the team to support broader marketing goals


Must Have Skills:

  • 0-2 years of marketing or advertising experience
  • Familiarity with Ads Manager or Google Ads
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with data
  • Basic knowledge of marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4)
  • Ad platform certifications (Meta/Google)
  • Light copy or design skills a plus
