Our client is seeking an Intermediate UX Content Specialist to Oversee the creation, maintenance, and removal of content.

Start Date: 2026-01-05

End Date: 2026-09-25

Location - Laval, QC

Work Mode - Hybrid, must work onsite 2 days per week

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and unpublication of content.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure content is delivered quickly to diverse audiences and through the most effective channels (e.g., newsletter, etc.).
• Co-develop guidelines to ensure a consistent brand voice and tone.
• Conduct research to understand the preferences, behaviors, and friction points of target audiences.
• Create a simplified journey for users to access information efficiently.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and use of content libraries.
• Develop and write engaging, informative, and intuitive content for various platforms.
• Participate in testing to ensure content is effective and easy to understand.
• Create tools and templates to support employee content creation.
• Train contributors, reviewers, and managers, and offer user experience (UX) guidance.
• Analyze existing content to identify areas for improvement. Track and analyze content performance to ensure effectiveness.

Must Haves

• Languages spoken and written: French, English
• Must have experience in User Experience (UX) and written communications
• Sharepoint
