Our Oil & Gas client is looking for an Intermediate Service Desk Analyst to provide level 1 & 2 support to end users in a Windows environment.


Must Haves:

  • 2+ years in an IT service desk role
  • Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn and grow and not being afraid of digging in to the unknowns and figuring things out on the job; willing to roll up sleeves, take initiative, come up with new ideas
  • Oil & Gas experience
  • Experience with hardware (PC'S/monitors/laptops) upgrades and troubleshooting


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Windows OS builds, using SCCM automated build processes
  • Experience creating and updating service tickets in a ticketing system (ideally ServiceNow)
  • Experience with business process reviews and procedural documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration, or related community college diploma
