Intermediate Service Desk Analyst to assist with Infrastructure, Hardware and Software support for our Energy Client

Our Energy client is seeking a Intermediate Service Desk Analyst to assist with Infrastructure, Hardware and Software support

Part-time hours to start (2-3 days/week), Candidates must be located in, or close to Moose Jaw SK. Some on-call work may be required.

Must haves:

• 4+ years of experience in a Service Desk Analyst or Desktop Support role providing in-person and remote support
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Office 365 Windows OS, PC hardware, networking, printers, personal wireless devices (Both Apple and Android), and remote access (Citrix, RSA, VPN)
• Experience working within Ticketing software (ServiceNow, etc)
• Candidates with H2S Alive, First Aid and WHMIS preferred (Client willing to pay for these upon placement)
• This position requires the successful candidate to be physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs

Nice to haves:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Project coordination experience, and system deployment knowledge
• CompTIA A+, Network + and PDI+ certifications

Responsibilities:

• Assist our clients by working on a variety of IT-related projects, providing additional or backfill coverage when required, and providing hardware, infrastructure, and/or application support functions in the field. Support can be expected to be provided both in person as well as remotely.
• This position may require traveling to and working at remote sites.
• You will be supplied with a mobile device to ensure our clients have support at all times.
• You will be supplied with a Fleet Truck for client site visits.
• The successful candidate must be client centric (internal or external) and must have excellent client service skills
