Join our ServiceNow team as a Senior Product Analyst. You’ll work in an Agile environment to deliver value to internal stakeholders throughout FCC, collaborating with business partners on new feature requests and product improvements that enable our workforce in their day-to-day tasks. You’ll also provide mentorship and guidance to other product analysts and help influence our ServiceNow strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Document and execute user story acceptance tests

  • Provide user story and solution support to team members

  • Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents

  • Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team

  • Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing or commerce and at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
