Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project / Program Coordinator to support project delivery within a fast-paced PMO environment.

100% remote - 6 month contract to start with strong potential for renewal

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow their career in project delivery.You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and supporting project managers, while gaining exposure to multiple initiatives across the organization.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in a Project/Program Coordinator, Project Administrator, or PMO support role
• Experience supporting project schedules, meetings, and coordination activities
• Exposure to working in a project-based environment (PMO preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Experience with project tracking/scheduling (Microsoft Projects preferred) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)

Nice to have:

• Experience leveraging tools and technology (including AI where applicable) to improve efficiency in reporting and coordination
• Exposure to ServiceNow
• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders
• Track and manage action items, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain project schedules and status updates (MS Project or similar tools)
• Assist with project reporting, dashboards, and documentation
• Support change management tracking and project governance activities
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
