Our client is seeking a fully Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French) to support customer onboarding within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool for an Enterprise Organization.


This role is mandatory 5 days in office downtown Calgary, It is a one year contract with the possibility of extension.


Must have:

  • Experience as a Customer Service representative supporting customer onboarding within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool (ie as D365, Salesforce etc)
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in French and English
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft office suite of tools.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP


What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate, create and respond to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities related to existing accounts or the establishment of new accounts, pricing and tax exemptions.
  • Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for the Sales and Credit teams
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams which include Direct / Inside Sales, Distribution, Asset Management and Account Managers, Credit, Invoicing, in maintaining and setting up new accounts while ensuring the security and reliability for customers
  • Create reports based on customer needs and provide trusted recommendations and best practices to utilize organizations product management platforms.
