Our public-sector client is seeking a Intermediate Project Coordinator to assist with the implementation of Enterprise Commons (SAP SuccessFactors) software


Edmonton-based office. Candidates will be working hybrid (In-office and remote). Completion of Enhanced Security Clearance required upon offer


Must haves:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator with a focus on SAP implementations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft 365).
  • Proficiency with Google applications and collaboration/management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
  • Experience in information technology development or consulting.


Nice to haves:

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a policing or paramilitary organization, especially in enterprise-level project planning, is a significant asset.
  • Training in IT strategy design from a post-secondary institution is an asset.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the project management life cycle, including scoping, resource assignment, planning, tracking, and reporting under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide updates, escalate issues, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables.
  • Package and present project deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple initiatives within module teams, resources, and governance structures.
  • Ensure effective project communication and timely escalation of risks and issues.
  • Help implement project organization structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Document project status against objectives, milestones, budget, and resources; facilitate issue tracking.
  • Assist with project budgeting, progress reporting, and scheduling.
  • Guide project resources to ensure timely task completion.
  • Oversee mock conversion processes to ensure seamless transition and alignment with project objectives.
