Our public-sector client is seeking a Intermediate Project Coordinator to assist with the implementation of Enterprise Commons (SAP SuccessFactors) software
Edmonton-based office. Candidates will be working hybrid (In-office and remote). Completion of Enhanced Security Clearance required upon offer
Must haves:
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator with a focus on SAP implementations
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft 365).
- Proficiency with Google applications and collaboration/management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Experience in information technology development or consulting.
Nice to haves:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a policing or paramilitary organization, especially in enterprise-level project planning, is a significant asset.
- Training in IT strategy design from a post-secondary institution is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the project management life cycle, including scoping, resource assignment, planning, tracking, and reporting under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide updates, escalate issues, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables.
- Package and present project deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple initiatives within module teams, resources, and governance structures.
- Ensure effective project communication and timely escalation of risks and issues.
- Help implement project organization structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
- Document project status against objectives, milestones, budget, and resources; facilitate issue tracking.
- Assist with project budgeting, progress reporting, and scheduling.
- Guide project resources to ensure timely task completion.
- Oversee mock conversion processes to ensure seamless transition and alignment with project objectives.
