Description
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project/Administrative Assistant to support with data entry (SharePoint), invoicing and meeting coordination for an enterprise utilities project.
This is hybrid requiring 3 days a week minimum onsite in Edmonton.
Must Haves:
- 4+ years as Project/Administrative Assistant for IT projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including managing SharePoint
- Invoicing coding
Nice to Haves:
- Background in Business Administration
- Experience working within utilities or other regulated industries
Responsibilities:
- Support business functions and specialised administrative processes
- Create and maintain routine and ad hoc reports for the Tariff Billing project team
- Prepare general documentation, reports, correspondence, presentations
- Update and maintain SharePoint to align with good business practices
- Participate in cross-functional activities and workshops
- Arrange workshop and meeting logistics for team members
- Support process of invoices, tracking/entering time sheets
