Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project/Administrative Assistant to support with data entry (SharePoint), invoicing and meeting coordination for an enterprise utilities project.


This is hybrid requiring 3 days a week minimum onsite in Edmonton.


Must Haves:

  • 4+ years as Project/Administrative Assistant for IT projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including managing SharePoint
  • Invoicing coding


Nice to Haves:

  • Background in Business Administration
  • Experience working within utilities or other regulated industries


Responsibilities:

  • Support business functions and specialised administrative processes
  • Create and maintain routine and ad hoc reports for the Tariff Billing project team
  • Prepare general documentation, reports, correspondence, presentations
  • Update and maintain SharePoint to align with good business practices
  • Participate in cross-functional activities and workshops
  • Arrange workshop and meeting logistics for team members
  • Support process of invoices, tracking/entering time sheets
