Our energy industry client is seeking a MyTrack Coordinator (Bilingual - English/French, 5+ years) to support project deployment and sustainment of the Detailed Time Entry (DTE) processes and the MyTrack tool

Join a leading energy organization supporting detailed time entry operations and supplier management across multiple sites. This role ensures data integrity and consistent process execution for both English‑ and French‑speaking stakeholders across contractor, procurement, and invoicing workflows. The position offers strong exposure to enterprise systems and cross‑functional collaboration over a 10‑month contract term in Calgary.

Must Haves

  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) with ability to support and train bilingual suppliers and internal users
  • Background in Supply Chain operations, system coordination, or enterprise process support
  • Experience supporting MyTrack or similar time‑entry systems, including contractor onboarding, PR/PO, and invoicing processes
  • Hands‑on involvement with system integrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Post‑secondary education in a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the energy or oil and gas industry
  • Exposure to supplier compliance reporting and continuous improvement activities

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily MyTrack processes ensuring data accuracy and timely approvals
  • Support suppliers and business users in English and French across all Detailed Time Entry activities
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding, PR/PO, and pay formula sustainment within the MyTrack system
  • Execute UAT, log and retest defects, and support go‑live readiness
  • Work with technical and business teams on system integrations and interface support
  • Monitor vendor compliance, reporting timelines, and error correction requirements
  • Assist with training material development and support transition to sustainment operations
  • Identify and report process issues, recommending improvements for efficiency and data quality
