Description
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Facilities Project Manager to lead pipeline capital projects and regulated maintenance initiatives across pipeline facilities. (21188)
Must-haves:
- 4+ years managing capital or maintenance projects ($500K-$5M+) in energy, pipeline, or utilities environments
- Experience delivering General Plant Maintenance Capital (GPMC) or similar asset integrity / reliability programs
- Experience working with Facilities, and process safety critical equipment (e.g., pressure vessels, compressors, piping systems, valves)
- Proven use of project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost tracking / forecasting with Project Controls
- Experience building and maintaining baseline schedules, spend forecasts, and variance reporting
- Familiarity working within regulated environments (CSA Z662, NEB/CER, or equivalent compliance frameworks)
- Experience partnering directly with Operations and Field teams to execute work in live operating facilities
- Strong working knowledge of project lifecycle gates (FEL, scope definition, execution, close-out)
