Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large-scale, complex enterprise initiatives, with a strong focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) implementations, system integrations, and business transformations. (461)

Must-haves:

• 7+ years Project Management experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
• Experience managing medium to large complex projects end-to-end
• Strong experience with SaaS implementations (including integrations and data migrations)
• Demonstrated ownership of full project lifecycle (initiation to closeout)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with business case development and requirements gathering
• Proven ability managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Strong background in risk & issue management and project governance
• Experience leading RFP processes and vendor management / system integrators
• Ability to engage and influence VP / executive-level stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Power BI
• Exposure to Agile / SAFe methodologies
• Certification: PMP and/or SAFe Agile

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through execution and closeout
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage and coordinate project teams, resources, and activities across business and IT
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
• Own budget management including forecasting, tracking, and variance reporting
• Drive stakeholder engagement, including regular communication and alignment sessions
• Lead governance forums and provide executive-level status reporting
• Facilitate business case development and ensure alignment to strategic objectives
