Our valued public sector client is hiring an Intermediate Change Management Consultant to support enterprise M365 adoption and digital workplace transformation initiatives.

Background:

The organization is operating a large-scale, cloud-based Microsoft 365 (M365) environment supporting a broad and distributed user base. As the platform continues to evolve with new features, security updates, and migrations from legacy systems, dedicated change management support is required to ensure users are prepared, informed, and able to effectively adopt new capabilities. This role will support communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities to maximize the value of the M365 environment.

Tasks:

• Develop and implement change management and user adoption strategies for M365 initiatives and releases.
• Create targeted communication materials (e.g., announcements, guides, FAQs, videos) outlining changes, impacts, and required user actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and address risks and concerns.
• Provide advisory support to leadership on change management approaches, tools, and best practices.
• Measure adoption and effectiveness using M365 analytics and reporting tools, and provide insights on user behavior and impact.
• Develop and deliver training materials (e.g., job aids, quick guides, e-learning) to support end users and site owners.
• Maintain dashboards, portals, and web content to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on initiatives and releases.
• Prepare regular status reports outlining progress, issues, and outcomes of change management activities.

Must Haves:

• Communications Development (3+ years)
• M365 Change Management (Enterprise Scale - 3+ years)
• Education - degree or diploma
