Description
Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior System Administrator to conduct a comprehensive audit of the current MECM/SCCM infrastructure. The resource will identify and document gaps, misconfigurations, or inefficiencies and recommend remediation actions based on Microsoft best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation of the current MECM/SCCM environment audit, including identified issues and remediation actions.
- Written recommendations and implemented solutions for improving software packaging and update processes.
- Weekly status reports detailing work completed, issues encountered, and upcoming tasks.
- Documentation of issues and their resolutions or recommended solutions.
- Reports and dashboards generated from SCCM, including application compatibility reports and system health summaries.
- Build books and configuration documentation for task sequences, OS deployments, and software packages.
- Written recommendations and implementation records for modern toolsets to improve remote management of user accounts and IT assets, aligned with GC, TBS, and SSC guidelines.
Must have:
- Experience managing MECM/SSCM environments
- Experience with InTune
- Experience with Patch My PC
- Experience with Windows 11
