Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Intermediate System Administrator to conduct a comprehensive audit of the current MECM/SCCM infrastructure. The resource will identify and document gaps, misconfigurations, or inefficiencies and recommend remediation actions based on Microsoft best practices.

Hourly pay range: $38.66/hr - $40/hr

Responsibilities:

• Documentation of the current MECM/SCCM environment audit, including identified issues and remediation actions.
• Written recommendations and implemented solutions for improving software packaging and update processes.
• Weekly status reports detailing work completed, issues encountered, and upcoming tasks.
• Documentation of issues and their resolutions or recommended solutions.
• Reports and dashboards generated from SCCM, including application compatibility reports and system health summaries.
• Build books and configuration documentation for task sequences, OS deployments, and software packages.
• Written recommendations and implementation records for modern toolsets to improve remote management of user accounts and IT assets, aligned with GC, TBS, and SSC guidelines.

Must have:

• Experience managing MECM/SSCM environments
• Experience with InTune
• Experience with Patch My PC
• Experience with Windows 11

Nice to have:

• Bilingual
