Our midstream client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst supporting end‑to‑end delivery of application and software development initiatives.

Must-haves:

• 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in application or software development environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery (stories, epics, grooming, acceptance criteria).
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis (functional & non‑functional).
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, data mapping, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid documentation skills: BRDs, FRDs, feature specs, process maps.
• Experience supporting UAT, writing test scenarios, and managing defect triage.
• Understanding of SDLC, iterative delivery, and release processes.
• Ability to document business rules, data flows, and integration points (APIs, middleware, third‑party apps).
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ADO, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and basic API review tools (Postman/Swagger).
• \Ability to work in fast‑paced, iterative environments.
• Experience working in Oil & Gas environments (e.g., upstream, midstream, downstream, drilling, production operations, field services, asset management, land & lease systems, or HSE workflows).
