HYBRID - Senior Organizational Change Manager with BA experience to lead and implement change initiatives

Our client is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager with BA to lead and implement change initiatives.

Hybrid Environment - 2-3 days a week in their office in Burnaby

• Prosci Change Management certification
• 5+ years' experience in agile environments
• 5+ years' Organizational Change Management experience in operational settings
• 3+ years' experience working with diverse stakeholders (e.g., field techs, executives)
• 3+ years' experience in the Health, Insurance, or Financial industry
• Strong presentation, training, and coaching skills
• 5+ years' experience in business process analysis
• Skilled in MS Visio and process mapping

• Experience working in unionized environments
• Self-motivated and able to navigate ambiguity with autonomy
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Strategic thinker who understands the broader business impact of solutions
• High energy, resilience, and integrity

Duties:

• Lead and implement change initiatives tied to business processes and technologies.
• Apply structured change management methodology across multiple workstreams.
• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify stakeholders.
• Develop and integrate change strategies into program plans.
• Partner with the Modernization team to deploy communication strategies.
• Evaluate user readiness and manage organizational resistance.
• Create and deliver training plans and measure effectiveness.
• Support end-users and managers during transitions with coaching and hands-on guidance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
