Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager with BA to lead and implement change initiatives.
Hybrid Environment - 2-3 days a week in their office in Burnaby
- Prosci Change Management certification
- 5+ years' experience in agile environments
- 5+ years' Organizational Change Management experience in operational settings
- 3+ years' experience working with diverse stakeholders (e.g., field techs, executives)
- 3+ years' experience in the Health, Insurance, or Financial industry
- Strong presentation, training, and coaching skills
- 5+ years' experience in business process analysis
- Skilled in MS Visio and process mapping
- Experience working in unionized environments
- Self-motivated and able to navigate ambiguity with autonomy
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Strategic thinker who understands the broader business impact of solutions
- High energy, resilience, and integrity
Duties:
- Lead and implement change initiatives tied to business processes and technologies.
- Apply structured change management methodology across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify stakeholders.
- Develop and integrate change strategies into program plans.
- Partner with the Modernization team to deploy communication strategies.
- Evaluate user readiness and manage organizational resistance.
- Create and deliver training plans and measure effectiveness.
- Support end-users and managers during transitions with coaching and hands-on guidance.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
