Our multinational IT consulting services is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead and optimize Agile delivery across cybersecurity and AI initiatives - NTTJP00101952

Note: This is a one-year contract, working fully remote according to EST hours

Must Have:

• 8+ years as a Scrum Master
• 2+ years in cybersecurity and AI-related initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Proficiency in Jira and Jira Align.
• Deep understanding of value stream management and business agility.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications: PMP, CSM, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with DevSecOps, secure SDLC, or AI governance.
• Knowledge of networking and information security technologies.

Duties:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Manage and improve Scrum processes; remove team impediments.
• Track project progress, backlogs, and sprint velocity.
• Promote Agile best practices and self-organizing team culture.
• Coordinate multiple teams and agile release trains.
• Lead value stream mapping and continuous improvement across cybersecurity and AI programs.
• Communicate technical risks and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Support program planning, prioritization, and resource management.
