Our multi-national consulting services client is looking for a FULLY REMOTE: Intermediate Release Train Engineer to lead Agile transformation initiatives, coach clients, and scale Agile practices across portfolios.


Must Have:

  • 5+ years Agile consulting experience
  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master
  • 2+ years Agile coaching (Scrum & Kanban)
  • SAFe RTE Certification


Nice to Have:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience leading $500K+ Agile projects
  • Familiarity with dual-track Agile and Agile metrics (e.g., Burn-up charts)
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior executives and delivering presentations
  • Certifications: PSM III, PMI DAVSC, PMP


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Agile SME, coaching on Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and SAFe practices
  • Lead Agile transformations, structure programs, and assess maturity levels
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination, cadence planning, and impediment resolution
  • Promote Agile culture focused on innovation, transparency, and self-managed teams
  • Engage clients in strategic planning, ROI analysis, and sales expansion
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and technical practices
  • Create SOWs, deliver reports, lead internal guilds, and mentor team members
