Notre client est à la recherche d’un Administrateur de systèmes senior pour soutenir et faire évoluer ses environnements d’infrastructure, avec un fort accent sur l’automatisation, AWS et les pratiques DevOps.

Il s’agit d’un poste hybride à Montréal, avec une présence sur site de 3 jours par semaine.

Les tâches incluent:

• Gérer et maintenir les environnements Windows Server et Linux afin d’assurer performance et disponibilité
• Déployer et gérer des infrastructures infonuagiques sur AWS
• Concevoir et maintenir l’Infrastructure as Code (IaC) avec Terraform
• Développer et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD avec Azure DevOps
• Automatiser les tâches administratives et les déploiements avec PowerShell et Ansible
• Collaborer avec les équipes pour traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions techniques concrètes
• Développer et intégrer des API pour améliorer l’interopérabilité des systèmes
• Appliquer les méthodologies Agile et Kanban pour la gestion des projets et des tâches
• Gérer les environnements Microsoft Exchange sur site
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus, de l’infrastructure et de l’automatisation

Exigences essentielles:

• Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en administration de systèmes ou rôle similaire
• Solide expérience avec Windows Server et Linux
• Expérience concrète avec les services AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager)
• Maîtrise de Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Expérience avec les pipelines CI/CD (Azure DevOps de préférence)
• Forte expérience en automatisation avec PowerShell et/ou Ansible
• Expérience dans la gestion de grands environnements (500+ serveurs)
• Diplôme universitaire en informatique, TI ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
• Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)

Our valued client is looking for a Sr. System Administrator to support and evolve their infrastructure and cloud environment, with a strong focus on automation, AWS, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure within AWS environments
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Automate administrative tasks and deployments using PowerShell and Ansible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop and integrate APIs to enhance system interoperability
• Apply Agile and Kanban methodologies to manage tasks and deliverables
• Support and manage on-premises Exchange environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure, processes, and automation practices

Must have:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar infrastructure role
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux administration
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager)
• Proven experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Strong automation experience using PowerShell and/or Ansible
• Experience managing large-scale environments (500+ servers)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fully bilingual (English and French)
