Role Overview
The International Logistics Coordinator will oversee and manage logistics activities related to the import and export of the company’s products and equipment. This strategic role requires strong organizational skills and analytical thinking to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and deliver top-quality customer service.
Your mission:
Manage and coordinate international shipments based on customer needs and business priorities;
Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries in compliance with regulations;
Prepare and maintain all required documentation (invoices, certificates, shipping documents, customs declarations, B13, letters of credit, bank transactions, etc.);
Track files and deadlines while providing regular reports on shipments and costs;
Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, and Operations Management to optimize logistics processes;
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, lead times, and risks;
Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to international logistics.
What you bring to the role:
At least 5 years of experience in international logistics (ideally in the technology or industrial sector);
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and logistics best practices;
Proficiency with logistics tools (ERP systems, Excel, etc.);
Excellent communication skills in both French and English;
Strong organizational abilities, autonomy, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities;
Initiative, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
