About the role:
The International Logistics Coordinator will oversee and manage logistics activities related to the import and export of the company’s products and equipment. This strategic position requires strong organizational skills and sharp analytical abilities to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and provide high-quality customer service.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate international shipments based on customer needs and business priorities;

  • Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and regulatory compliance;

  • Prepare and maintain all required documentation (invoices, certificates, transport documents, customs declarations, B13, letters of credit, bank exchanges, etc.);

  • Track files and deadlines while providing regular reports on shipments and costs;

  • Work closely with the sales, purchasing, production, customer service, and operations teams to optimize logistics processes;

  • Identify opportunities for improvement to reduce costs, delays, and risks;

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to international logistics.

Requested skills

To be the person we’re looking for, you should:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in international logistics (ideally in the technology or industrial sector);

  • Have strong knowledge of customs regulations and logistics best practices;

  • Be proficient with logistics tools (ERP, Excel, etc.);

  • Have excellent communication skills in both French and English;

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities;

  • Show initiative, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
