The IT Analyst for Supply Chain Software plays a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the digital tools that drive supply chain operations. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and enhancement of systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze, configure, and maintain supply chain software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).

Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to end-users.

Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Support data integration between supply chain platforms and other enterprise systems.

Participate in software upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain systems.

Train users on new features and best practices.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience as a business analyst or supply chain analyst, preferably in a transformation or project-based setting.

Proven experience working on large-scale supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, Demand Planning) and cross-functional initiatives.
Technical Skills

Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and integration points.

Proficiency in business process documentation and tools (e.g., Visio).
