Your role
You report to the Senior Manager, Strategy, Data & Performance for Capital Markets Operations. You’ll be part of a dynamic and agile team of five colleagues with deep knowledge of capital markets activities and the supporting operational processes.
Our team is dedicated to implementing and executing the strategic plan, working in close collaboration with various Bank partners and covering all Capital Markets Operations.

Your role
- Lead workshops with confidence, bringing together stakeholders with diverse expertise to build a shared understanding of business needs and concrete solutions
- Model current and target processes using the Bank’s mapping standards, while identifying, documenting, and ensuring traceability of business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional)
- Prioritize features based on their added value and ensure clear communication between IT and business teams to support continuous and iterative delivery
- Diagnose priorities and resolve complex issues, actively contributing to the design, execution, and delivery of strategic projects
- Define user test scenarios and support users in adopting new solutions
- Propose change management strategies tailored to users to foster solution adoption
- Collaborate closely with our IT and Capital Markets partners, influencing the evolution of transformation initiatives and clearly communicating the operational vision.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree or other diploma in a related field and relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives
- Solid knowledge of capital markets and wealth management
- Strong experience in business process improvement and mapping
- Proven experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly grasp and resolve complex issues and provide relevant recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to learn a business domain and identify key elements
- Proven change management skills.
