YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Commercial Development and Marketing Manager, the Sales Representative plays a strategic role in the growth of the Propair Group. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the full range of Propair services while building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting business relationships with existing and prospective clients.

You will actively contribute to sales objectives by supporting business development strategies and acting as a brand ambassador for Propair in the field.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with existing clients and new prospects;
  • Identifying, analyzing, and understanding client needs in order to propose tailored solutions;
  • Conducting prospecting activities and developing new accounts;
  • Presenting and promoting Propair Group services;
  • Negotiating sales terms and closing commercial agreements;
  • Ensuring diligent after‑sales follow‑up to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Updating client information and sales opportunities in the CRM;
  • Participating in trade shows, business events, and networking activities;
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality of the client experience;
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to support sales strategies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY

  • Relevant education in sales, business administration, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development;
  • Experience in B2B sales or service‑based environments (an asset);
  • Strong command of French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel;
  • Interest in developing expertise in the aviation and air transportation industry.
