Who we are

Who you'll be calling

The people we work with built something with their own hands. The roofer with three trucks, the dentist with two clinics, the restaurant owner who's open at six in the morning, the contractor whose calendar runs the whole family. They don't care about funnels or impressions. What they care about is the phone ringing and the calendar staying full, and frankly, we love that about them.

That's our job, and yours in all of it is to be the business partner they can finally trust.

The role

You'll be talking to owners who've been pitched by every agency in the province and beyond. Some have been burned, most are skeptical, and all of them have heard the spiel a dozen times. The bar is simple: don't sound like the last six reps who called them.

Your mornings are the phones, where you build pipeline instead of waiting for it. Your afternoons are the meetings you booked yesterday, the discovery calls where you find the growth they've been walking past, and the proposals you're closing this week. AI handles the prep so you can stay on the phone, and HubSpot stays clean because messy notes lose deals you've worked hard to land.

When you lose a deal, you already know why, and you're back on the phones before anyone has to ask. Because your job isn't to qualify and pass. Your job is to close.

Who we're looking for

You've carried a quota and beaten it, with real numbers on real quarters. Whether you come in as a Digital Consultant or as a Senior is set by results, not by years on the résumé, so show us the book and we'll meet you where you're at.

Bilingual FR/EN, and we mean it, because a business owner here can tell the difference in a single phone call. And you can have a real conversation with that owner without a script, without jargon, and without the agency voice they've learned to tune out.

What's here

A base salary plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of $100K to $250K and up. Three weeks of vacation in your first year, and full health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family. Coaching from people who still close deals today, and who genuinely care whether you win.

We're onsite in Brossard, with free parking, transit access, a private gym, and healthy snacks. And there's a real path forward here: build a book, mentor the juniors, and help shape the playbook alongside us.
