YOUR ROLE: leading safe, efficient, and flawless flight operations

As a Captain, you play a central role in ensuring the safety and performance of our operations. You will be responsible for:

  • Operating flights safely, professionally, and in full compliance with Transport Canada and Propair procedures.
  • Working closely with the operations team to optimize mission planning and execution.
  • Guiding, supporting, and collaborating with the First Officer to ensure smooth and safe coordination in the cockpit and throughout the flight.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating strong technical and operational leadership on every flight.

We’re looking for someone who stands out through:

  • Clear, professional, and effective communication.
  • Positive leadership in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong ability to apply and strictly follow procedures.
  • Excellent safety‑related judgment.
  • Natural collaboration with the operations team, the First Officer, ground crews, and internal departments.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY

  • Previous experience as Pilot‑in‑Command, or significant experience in multi‑crew operations, demonstrating sound judgment, leadership, and effective cockpit coordination.
  • 1700 hours total flight time.
  • 300 hours multi‑engine.
  • A valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) issued by Transport Canada.
  • A valid Category 1 medical certificate.
  • Multi‑Engine Rating.
  • Instrument Rating (IFR).
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and related operational procedures.
  • An impeccable attitude toward safety, professionalism, and communication.
