YOUR ROLE

  • Handle routine purchases of parts, materials, and supplies according to established procedures.
  • Prepare and enter purchase orders, request quotes, and follow up on orders.
  • Provide essential support to the storekeeper: receive goods, check compliance, organize and maintain inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager for complex purchases and strategic negotiations.
  • Ensure proper filing and updating of documents related to purchases and inventory.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY

  • High school diploma completed.
  • Experience in a similar role in purchasing or supply chain (an asset).
  • Bilingual (French and English), required to interact with a clientele that is approximately 50% English-speaking.
