YOUR ROLE

  • Create and manage crew schedules to ensure all flights are properly staffed;

  • Monitor flight delays and make sure crews can complete all assigned and additional missions;

  • Work closely with Flight Coordination during irregular operations to maintain compliance with CARS regulations and crew duty requirements;

  • Support the supervision and execution of pilot flight training, making adjustments as needed;

  • Compile and analyze flight delay data for reporting and performance tracking;

  • Identify and resolve crew absence issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requested skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Crew Planner;

  • Diploma or training in logistics, aviation, or planning (an asset);

  • Understanding of the working environment of flight crew;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Knowledge of AIMS or Cirro (an asset).

Experience:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a management and/or coordination role, ideally managing flight crew personnel in a regulated environment.
