A career as a Senior Director, Strategy and Analytics - Revenue Growth within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 team at National Bank means acting as a leader to drive revenue growth and oversee governance of key initiatives.

Your rôle :
- Ensure the implementation of strategies that foster revenue growth across commercial and private portfolios, aligned with the objectives of the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector and National Bank.
- Oversee operational governance of initiatives to ensure effective and sustainable execution.
- Collaborate closely with the vice presidency, business lines, and finance and technology teams to develop cross-selling opportunities and create synergies that meet the diverse needs of entrepreneurs.
- Identify, deploy, and enhance tools to track, evaluate, and report on revenue, synergies, and cross-functional growth across the organization.
- Influence key decisions by supporting the evaluation and governance of enterprise-wide initiatives.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience in strategy, profitability analysis, and governance of complex projects.
- Proficiency in tools and methods for performance tracking and reporting.
- Proven experience in revenue growth, cross-selling, and cross-functional synergies.
- Experience compiling and assessing business line performance and preparing materials for investor relations.
