Reporting to the Lead Credit Support, this role is based in Montreal.
Your Role:
- Identify and develop business opportunities in your market.
- Establish business development strategies.
- Support entrepreneurs in the transition of their business (to family, management, or external interests).
- Propose financial strategies tailored to merger and acquisition contexts.
- Adapt and optimize financial products based on evolving client needs.
- Develop sales and business development plans.
- Collaborate with the transfer team to achieve objectives.
- Identify risks inherent to the Personal and Business sector activities.

Prerequisites:
- Depending on your academic background, you must have between 4 and 8 years of experience in business development and sales in the financial sector:
- University certificate + 8 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of experience
- Master’s degree + 5 years of experience
- Experience in sales, financial statement analysis, commercial credit, mergers and acquisitions.
- Established network of contacts among local businesses.
- Experience in business valuation (an asset).
- CPA or CICBV designation (an asset).
