Senior DevOps IAM

A career as a DevOps IAM in the Identity and Access Management team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in automation and identity security. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization thanks to your expertise in IAM solutions and experience in Agile environments.

Your role

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM solutions
• Automate deployments, configurations, and integrations to improve speed and reliability
• Ensure security and compliance of IAM environments by applying best practices
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to guarantee an integrated approach
• Lead strategic initiatives such as migration, modernization, and cloud integration
• Propose and implement technological innovations (scripts, APIs, containerization, orchestration)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and several years of experience in DevOps or IAM
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience in automation and integration within cloud environments (AWS)
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
• Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Technical leadership and ability to manage strategic initiatives
• Innovative mindset and technological curiosity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Results-oriented and ability to work in Agile/SAFe 
• Proven experience in AWS - AWS certification, an asset
