Your role
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM solutions
- Automate deployments, configurations, and integrations to improve speed and reliability
- Ensure security and compliance of IAM environments by applying best practices
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to guarantee an integrated approach
- Lead strategic initiatives such as migration, modernization, and cloud integration
- Propose and implement technological innovations (scripts, APIs, containerization, orchestration)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and several years of experience in DevOps or IAM
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience in automation and integration within cloud environments (AWS)
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
- Experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Technical leadership and ability to manage strategic initiatives
- Innovative mindset and technological curiosity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Results-oriented and ability to work in Agile/SAFe
- Proven experience in AWS - AWS certification, an asset
