A career as a Senior Advisor - AI on the Client experience Centre transformation team at National Bank means acting as a strategic partner in maximising the value of artificial intelligence solutions in contact centres.   Your job
  • Advise stakeholders on AI integration opportunities to improve operational performance and the client experience
  • Develop transformation strategies by aligning business objectives with AI technology capabilities
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to adjust and optimise AI solutions
  • Train and coach teams on the advanced use of AI tools
  • Define and document business and technical requirements, ensure their traceability and alignment with the organisation's needs
  • Pilot functional and data analyses to support decision-making and measure the impact of AI solutions
  • Participate in change management and continuous improvement of processes by promoting the adoption of AI technologies.
  • Test cases and support users in validating and integrating AI deliverables.

Prerequisites
  • A university degree in computer science or a related field with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in business process transformation, change management and delivery of AI solutions
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaborative tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills, with a results-oriented strategic vision.
