Requested skills
The profile we’re looking for:
- University studies in any field. Our advisors come from a wide range of backgrounds, such as law, engineering, business administration and many others.
- A recent university graduate or a young professional changing careers.
- No designation or registration required at the time of hiring.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Being at ease meeting new people and building professional relationships.
- An exceptional work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Autonomy, discipline and initiative.
- Perseverance and the ability to stay consistent in your efforts.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to build your own practice.
- A genuine interest in finance and a desire to learn quickly.
- Fluency in French, spoken and written. English is a major asset, as we develop our clientele across Canada.
