As National Sales Manager, you will drive nationwide growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and develop strategic partnerships across Canada’s healthcare sector. Reporting to the Director of Export, you’ll shape the commercial strategy and make a real impact on patient safety and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coach a growing Canadian sales team
  • Develop and execute a national sales plan aligned with global strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare networks, GPOs, and distributors.
  • Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, provide market insights, and represent the company at national events.

Requested skills

What We Are Looking For

  • 7–10 years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in management, and a proven success track record
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian healthcare market (hospitals, LTCs, distributors).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) and willing to travel nationally (25%).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel; experience with tenders and GPOs is an asset.
