Quebec City – Strategic and Transformational Role for a Manufacturing Facility

Our Quebec-based organization, recognized for its high-end products and unique expertise, is entering an ambitious growth phase. We are seeking a Director of Operations capable of turning this vision into tangible results by overseeing the activities of two plants located in Quebec City.
Your Mission• Structure and modernize operations: production, planning, logistics, procurement, maintenance, EHS, and continuous improvement
• Implement robust processes and performance indicators (KPIs) to support growth and quality
• Mobilize and inspire highly engaged teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Optimize resources and technologies to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies
• Lead change: implement modern practices, document processes, and deploy digital tools (ERP, CRM)
• Contribute to strategic planning by recommending investments and solutions to sustain long-term performance
• A pivotal role where you can build and leave a lasting mark in a growing organization

We are looking for a structured, results-oriented professional ready to take on the challenge of transforming operations and contributing to sustainable growth.
• University degree in engineering, operations management, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, including plant leadership
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence in a transformation context
• Expertise in Lean/Kaizen, continuous improvement, and ERP systems
• Functional bilingualism (French/English)
