Job Description: The Associate is an integral part of the team impacting the culture of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through knowledge transfer, mentorship, education and leadership. Operating in a complex and dynamic healthcare environment, the Associate influences and supports the success of system-wide improvement activity and attainment of organizational goals. This role provides focused support and coordination positively impacting the operational efficiency of the Quality Improvement portfolio. The position requires a high degree of independence, creativity, technological applications and personal initiative to meet high demand and requires sensitivity and tact in managing interactions and confidential and public information and data.

Experience

  • 2 years experience in office procedures, and assisting with project management

Education

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Lean Improvement Leader training acceptable
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in health, social sciences or administration.
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
