Position Purpose

The intern will be responsible for supporting the team in the analysis, optimization, and control of materials used in the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace components.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes and propose improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Assist in defining, documenting, and validating manufacturing methods (work instructions, process sheets, procedures).
  • Participate in the implementation and industrialization of new aerospace parts.
  • Ensure process compliance with aerospace and quality standards (AS9100).
  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in resolving non-conformities and in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage technical documentation and process changes.
  • Perform other related tasks associated with production processes and optimization.
Required Education
  • Student in a Technical Diploma (DEC) in Metallurgy or Materials Science, or
  • Student in a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and/or Metallurgical Engineering.
